For Everyone: Our need for solid information opposes our desire to ignore the facts and rely on our intuition. The rational Virgo Full Moon opposes the dreamy Pisces Sun at 10:53 am EDT, creating a tug of war between our heads and our hearts. Meanwhile, brainy Mercury squares strict Saturn, requiring us to put our data in order before making up our minds. Nevertheless, it's not an all-or-nothing choice; drawing from logic and imagination is a winning strategy.

This is so intuitive for what I have in my life today.

The first part of the month will be more difficult to deal with because you will be put on trial and this could mean being afraid. However fear not, because since the second part you will be able to detach from all forms of emotional involvement, and what will be important to you, will be doing everything in good conscience without the need for approval from others; just yours.

New collaborations, new people will come into your life and you will feel the need to participate in public and social life through your job, helping yourself to build a better world. Possibility of changes in the work sector.

I saw a friend of mine today who was bald from chemotherapy. She had big smile a looked so cute with her hat. It was fun hugging her a telling her "I love you". Which I do. 

For those of you that know my unfiltered brain and ungoverned vocabulary.....and willingness to discuss topics that would make a priest blush.....her cheeks had a rosy glow at the end of your conservation.

My thoughts will be with her forever. I will see what Tuesday afternoon is like for her. I love you Diane.

Oxytocin, or ‘the cuddle’ hormone is another hormone that affects our emotional state. When the level of oxytocin increases in our body, we feel more relaxed and at peace. According to psychologist Alex Korb, oxytocin produces a soothing sensation reducing our emotional reactivity to negative thoughts and the elements that can make our environment threatening.

Korb argued that interpersonal touch is one of the most powerful ways to increaseoxytocin in the body: hugs, handshakes, light taps on the shoulder, and orgasms are all practices that increase the level of oxytocin in the body. In addition to personal contact, contact with hot and soft objects also has a calming and relaxing effect:

“The feeling of heat can increase oxytocin – or at least mimic its effects. So if you can not be hugged, wrap yourself in a blanket and hold in your hands a cup of hot tea. A shower or a hot batha can also help.” Alex Korb, spiraling upwards: The neuroscience of depression.”

We will move on to live life at the next level of humanity. Seeing and having clarity are different. Seeing the difference and using the sight wisely is tricky.
