Topeka is the kind of town some people complain to be in the spotlight and make (or try to) make city officials look incompetent.
Then there are the few that have actual legitimate complaints.
Look at my windows screens and the dust collected from the construction site to the south of me. I wouldn’t want to be confused with those just want attention trying to make the developer look incompetent or just angry because he gets special treatment from the city. I’m just a guy with a dust problem looking for relief. You should see my air filters.
